The user listed in the hiring manager and/or department administrator role should recieve an email notification when they have an application that has sat in a particular status longer than the predetermined amount of time.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Notification Automation - Users and Approvers recieve reminder notification when they take longer than the designated time to approve a job card or offer card but no reminders at all review or update the applications in their assigned requisitions. |
some statuses need reminders also for applicants e.g. Interview automated booking, Contract offer made or contract accepted and form not yet completed.
