allow Additional Message to Users to be treated the same as Application email
That is - remove the Mandatory and allow us to send from fixed address OR the User doing the status change (this also allows the User to put in a different email address if tehy do not want the email reply but want to send it to someone else

better control over Application status - message to additional Users. Application email - you can control the address used i.e. standard email or leave it blank and send from User Additional User email is locked to a fixed system wide address |
