Add Additional User to Recruitment Status Email Template

This enhancement would reduce the manual entry and ensure the appropriate users are notified at a particular step.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Enhancement of the delivered recruitment status email notifications to include an Additional User category to the Additional Users email notifications.

    Hi John,

    It would be helpful to be able to seed in the AVP of Human Resources in the email template for the following recruitment statuses:

    • Background Check Unsuccessful

    Current workaround - HR Manager (Recuriter) has to remember to add them as an additional user when updating the recuritment status.

    • Formal Offer Declined

    Current workaround - HR Manager (Recruiter) forwards declined email notification to the AVP.

    Could you please give us with a brief description of the additional users that you covered in your screenshot, e.g. who they are and what is their role in your recruitment process, to assist us in better understanding your business process and the outcome that you are striving for. An understanding the particular communications you would need to send these users will also be valuable to us.

    We would like the ability to add additional users or Permission Groups to the options to choose from on the email form for Additional Users sent through a Recruitment Process.
