Disable “Added as Collaborator” Email for Recruitment Brief

When recruitment brief approvals are initiated, all approvers receive an email notification indicating they’ve been added as collaborators. This often causes confusion, particularly when there are multiple levels of approval. For example, when second-level or final approvers receive this notification and attempt to access the brief, they find they are unable to take action yet.

To reduce confusion, could we consider discontinuing the “added as collaborator” email for users who are included through the approval workflow? Approvers will still receive a separate “approval required” email when it is their turn to act, which should be sufficient.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We rolled out a job approval workflow using the recruitment briefs but the email notifications are creating tons of confusion for approvers
