What’s happening: Recruitment campaigns in the ATS capture applicants to apply to jobs. Recruiters “Bulk apply” applicants to jobs, but their original applications remain in the campaign. Recruiters must then manually move them to an “actioned” status in the campaign to avoid duplicate applications.
What should change: Add a trigger for applying applicants to a job in the recruitment process application status. This would automatically raise the apply to job dialogue when applicants are moved to the “Applied to job status”, eliminating the need for manual status updates. This would function similarly to the existing "Triggers offer?" radio button on the application status settings.

@Angus - discuss with PageUp but have you tried using 2 rules in the application form? "New application" to drop them onto new job and "Move to status" to reflect been applied
also - discuss with PageUp - using Campaign and Advertising job cards provides different behaviour for the moved applications. How they are visible on the jobs depending on job card used.

Some sort of feature when using 'Bulk apply" where it allows us to update the status of the original applications in the "old" job/campaign at the same time as applying them to the job.
Another suggestion could be something like the job status update (screenshots attached) but for an application status update when using bulk apply (screenshots applied).
