Make permissions effective in all areas of the recruitment system. ensure that the security boundaries defined in permissions have no loop holes that allow for functioning outside the parameters that have be set by the Administrators for a reason....

Removing allocated forms

The ability to retire or archive a form sent to a user. Benefits are that it creates a better user or applicant experience (particularly with cases like above) and helps keep our platform clean.

Additional form triggered from an automatic status change

It would be helpful to allow ''additional forms'' to be triggered from an automatic status change. We require applicants to complete a form on completion of another form. This would be helpful if this could be done by an automatic status change.

Quick Search Permissions

It would be good for a super user to be able to search both job trackers and people and lower levels of permisson only able to search for their job trackers. This way, not everyone with quick search active can access all applicants/applications.
