Removing allocated forms

The ability to retire or archive a form sent to a user. Benefits are that it creates a better user or applicant experience (particularly with cases like above) and helps keep our platform clean.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

We recently had an instance where we required existing staff to complete a form advising us of health related information. In this case a number were missed so we ran a campaign to allocate, track and retrieve the forms. Unfortunately, the form was initiated multiple times over and we are unable to remove the notification or forms that remain incomplete.

    Absolutley agree with this. We have come across a similar situation where we have tried to comms to candidates to complete forms but it attached a new form, leaving multiple forms on the candidate account. Not a great experience for the candidate.
