Sourcing and Job Advertising are complimentary functions and the current design enables recruiters to form a holistic sourcing strategy by considering job boards and channels available through both these methods. The current design supports this complementary nature of both these features. It also provides a logical control on who can access and advertise through Job Advertising.
Given this, the product team will like to add this to their roadmap, based on a 6-8 month period of observation of customer usage and feedback.
