increasing learning activity completion rate by reminding associates of their in progress learning activities. this would be useful for the learning management team as well as the associates. associates would be reminded that they still have learning activities in progress and that the learning management team would not have to manually remind associates of their in progress activities. especially if the learning activity is not a mandatory one.

At current, reminders are sent at:
A reminder to complete the learning activity will be sent out at the following times
1, 2, 10, 12, 30 days before the due date
1, 2, 3, 5, 8 days after the due date
As they are all around the due date, they are only sent for mandatory tasks.
Can I confirm that this suggestion is to add the ability for non mandatory tasks to send reminder emails every x days after it has been added to the plan?
