What business value are you trying to achieve?
Allow clients to edit and add the Learning activity status (e.g. booked, in progress, completed). It would be beneficial to add one called 'Register to attend' for the learning activities that don't have any timeslots scheduled. Currently having the blanket 'booked' creates confusion for employees.
A way for users to express interested in a learning activity that does not have currently have any timeslots and to track the activity and receive notifications when timeslots are published.

I love the idea of having a "interested" status so that there is something for them to note, in the system, so we can schedule a course timeslot around those already pre-identified as interested. I currently use another product, but from an ROI standpoint, showing interest is important too - and having that in one report, is helpful!
