Learning - Automatic escalation if learning is past due

Have system email an employees supervisor (if they exist) that their employee is past due date and activity is marked mandatory

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Supervisors would like the ability to be alerted if their employee has not completed mandatory trainings within the due date. Ideally, they would receive a notification when their employee is past due so they could take appropriate action.
