What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We currently have to manually remove double entries from reports on Learning Activities if employees access a training course more than once. They employee may show as "complete" and "In Progress" at the same time. This also allows 250 results for a Learning Activity that is only assigned to 200 Employees. This issue renders reporting unreliable - significant manual manipulation/clean up has to happen to make the reports useful. |
