Copy/Transfer Forms to New Application

When moving a candidate to a New Application it would be great to have the option to copy or transfer all forms (or selected forms) to the New Application, currently only the application form is copied/moved.

Treat bulk move of single applicant the same way a single move would work - that is block the online offer until it is approved. Consider a warning message when bulk moving more than one applicant to an online offer status
