What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently, the permission group cannot be deleted via the interface file, only add is allowed. It is better to have delete feature, similar to what we can do in the secondary team file.

    Our institute uses system of record to assign permission groups for PageUp. Although we can bring over the permission via user file, it does not allow replacement of permission group assignment, only append. It created unnecessary manual work in order to keep the two system in sync for audit purpose. We would like to see ability to replace permission groups via integration file.
