We have the same issue. For the last 3.5 months, we have had at least 60 new hires enter their incorrect DOB (even though we have provided instructions to note type in the date in the date field and instead use the drop downs and errors AND make the news hires check a box to confirm that they have double-checked that they have entered their DOB correctly). This is problemmatic for us. It exports out with the incorrect date, such as 2020, goes through various systems and when it arrives at our payroll system, nothing can be fixed there. So we have to re-send the offer and new starter form to the applicant, get them to re-do and then re-export. This is the majority of our re-exporting, which it sounds like we do a lot. It would really be helpful if there is some formatting/validation added to the DOB field. Minimally, if there was an error message that prevent the user from submitting the current year (or future year) in that field. Ideally, there would be some formatting/validation to ensure that the DOB is a date that makes the new hire be at least 15 years old.
