archive/delete review for terminated employees

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
At the moment, with integration, when an employee is terminated, their user acount is archived, however their performance review remains active. We are then unable to bulk archive or delete (if very early in the process delete may be more appropriate). It would be great if their reviews could also be automatically archived and if we had the ability to bulk archive/delete terminated employees reviews, rather than havign to manage individually.

It would also be good if even the start and finish date of the employees employment was available as a search filters/column in the performance centre. that way you are able to search for those who have finished and bulk archive/action as required.
