When I search for all evaluations that are in the HR Review and Approves Evaluations step, I need to be able to click on a link/the evaluation and it takes me directly into the View Report mode instead of logging in and having to control an employee to see the report. That is too many steps for the number of evaluations that I have to review (over 750 in this case).
