Choose what categories Permission Groups can upload applicant documents as

Each Document category to have a 'upload/delete' and 'read only' option per permision group.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Enable Admin users like P&C, Recruiters etc to upload documents under a specific document category, but not others (eg Hiring Managers). However, the other users should have the option to see docs loaded in that category. (not same set up as Confidential docs)
