If I need to assist an applicant and upload a document for them, if I just click upload document rather than controlling the applicant, the uploaded document only shows up in History, it needs a tab just like the other documents so that it doesn't get overlooked by reviewers. I don't want our search committees to have to click on the persons name each time to have to "double check" for additional documents.
