What business value are you trying to achieve?
Ability for Applicants to view/print full completed application including hidden pages Currently, we are able to configure application pages to be hidden so that the responses are not accessible by certain users to prevent influencing the hiring decision. Unfortunately, this also hides the responses from the applicant, so they are not able to view the FULL completed application. Ability to permission Specific User groups access to view/print completed applications including pages that are hidden Since configuring a page on the application to be hidden will hide the page from ALL users, it makes it difficult for recruiters who may need to access the data on those hidden application pages. The data is accessible via reports, but it is an extra step that they must remember to do and since the collected information is hidden, it can sometimes be forgotten. |
