Reorganize Permissions list

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Please reorganize how the permissions list is structured. It's not structured very well, not user friendly at all, and thus it is very confusing to figure out which one controls which access. Some of the permission names are also vague and it's hard to deduce what it controls, so admins have to resort to extensive testing to figure out what it does.

Agree, the structure is difficult for us to manage systemwide permissions that are controlled in a central office. Love that there is so much to customize with permissions, but needs to be organized and structured for ease of use.
