What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Performance 'progress notes' and 'view report' pdfs are confusing to the end users. What is available in progress note is not available under view reports and vice versa. We need the system to enable superuser to configure what should go into the PDF in each step of the review process. And it should be only one report. This will help end users to print this report in a functional and usable way while engaging with Managers and helps the organisation to control keep manager comments, ratings and other items confidential if the employees are not at the stage in the process where this can be revealed to them.
