Date Format For US

Would like to be able to have DATES report in AMERICAN standard format. PageUp reports have dates in this format: dd/mm/yyyy.

Improve Enhanced Reporting - it is horrible!

Make the dashboard more user friendly. Allow large amounts of data to be run. Provide further 1:1 support to customers who need assistance rather than sending teams to the knowledge portal. Improve the lag times with running reports
