Provide clear guidelines on how Filled Date is being calculated and how does it update when jobs are re-opened, etc.
What business value are you trying to achieve?
Provide Clearer Parameters on How Filled Date is Calculated Accurate and consistent time to fill reporting. Currently, there are inconsistencies on how Filled Date is determined, based on attached examples, Filled Date seems to be populated from an accepted offer, close job action or job status change. It is difficult to determine where Filled Date is coming from in difference scenarios. |
