Make available a "time to fill" and "average time to fill" measures/calculations in enhanced reporting based on positions filled by job. This would help accurately track the "time to fill" and "average time to fill" for jobs that hire for multiple positions and may be opened for a while.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Be able to provide more accurate time-to-fill metrics to our campus users. Even though we might be able to add custom measures to assist with some (or all) of these calculations, having these data points readily available would be more efficient when creating related reports. |
