Enhanced reporting - deliver position based time-to-fill and average time to fill measures

Make available a "time to fill" and "average time to fill" measures/calculations in enhanced reporting based on positions filled by job. This would help accurately track the "time to fill" and "average time to fill" for jobs that hire for multiple positions and may be opened for a while.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Be able to provide more accurate time-to-fill metrics to our campus users. Even though we might be able to add custom measures to assist with some (or all) of these calculations, having these data points readily available would be more efficient when creating related reports.

We've added some "average time to fill" measures in "Time to Fill" section.

This enhancement would significantly improve the accuracy and efficiency of our recruiting analytics. By enabling position-based time-to-fill and average time-to-fill metrics, we can better account for requisitions tied to multiple hires—something the current job-level reporting doesn't fully capture. It ensures we’re not over- or under-reporting time-to-fill figures for jobs that remain open while individual positions are filled.

Having these metrics readily available as standard fields in enhanced reporting would reduce the need for custom calculations, save valuable time, and provide our campus users with more actionable, real-time insights into their recruitment performance. This supports data-driven decision-making and aligns with our goal of continuous process improvement.
