View of Open jobs to display how long the jobs been open for

Have numbers of day open in the view of current jobs.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

I would like to have a single view of our current jobs and how long they have been open for. Currently we need to produce a report, however have this in the view of the jobs would be ideal in order to understand where our key challenges are. I would even prefer this over seeing the date of the job opening.
