It would be nice to have the ability to use the manager's "preferred" name on the job card and job posting. Since we aren't able to change the legal name in our HRIS system and we do pass the preferred name in the interface it would be nice if there was a potential workaround in PageUp. It would also be nice to be able to use the "preferred" name throughout the performance review and org charts.

This idea has already been addressed by recent upgrades to our ATS. You can find more details in the updates deployed in Phase 1 on August 2, 2023, and Phase 2 on October 4, 2023, which focused on displaying preferred names consistently throughout the admin interface.
