It would be nice to have the ability to use the manager's "preferred" name on the job card and job posting. Since we aren't able to change the legal name in our HRIS system and we do pass the preferred name in the interface it would be nice if there was a potential workaround in PageUp. It would also be nice to be able to use the "preferred" name throughout the performance review and org charts.

I also as a recruiter have a preferred name vs. legal name and would love for my preferred name to show up instead!
