Ability to select a group of applicants with the same employment conditions (e.g. start date, salary, end date...) and create bulk contracts and contract documents specific to each new employee.
Select Applicants, bulk initiate contract, fill out one offer card and have it create an offer card/contract for each person based on selections made in the one offer card presented to the User.
Bulk Approvals - tricky one - possibly Offer Approvals would have a Bulk Offer approval offer for a grouped selected of approvals triggered by this bulk Contract build

When we do the process above for bulk offer creation, while the offer documents all appear in the individual candidate profiles as part of the offer, the names of the candidates do not get entered into the positions under Headcount Management. To make the candidate's profile names appear you need to go into each candidates offer card and click Save. Then they appear against the requisition indicating an offer card has been built.

you do not have the ability in Bulk Contracts to access all of the fields you can use in an individual offer
