Bulk upload non-merge template documents into multiple offer cards

This idea would save so much time. At present, you can bulk create offer documents across multiple candidate profiles, however, that only works for documents defined as 'merge templates', which can only be RTF files or .doc or .docx. If your document a candidate needs to view before accepting an offer is a PDF you have to add that document, one offer card at a time. Can we either have non-merge templates being able to be applied to multiple offer cards at once or allow other file formats to be designated 'merge templates' even if they do not contain any merge fields.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We often have 50 people who need to be sent offers with identical attributes (same start date, job title, etc). It would save so much time to be able to upload all offer documents across multiple applicant profiles, so the applicants could view those documents as part of accepting their offer.

We love PageUp due to its capability to do bulk processors, however the biggest let down is not being able to do bulk offers and attached PDF documents as part of the offer contracts. As part of the digital signature of accepting a job offer, we also attach a number of PDF policy documents and employee handbooks as part of this acceptance. Unfortunately, this currently requires a one-by-one process and as an organization that hire in bulk this is extremely time consuming and frustrating.
