Different types of approvers

We would like the option to be able to select all types of approvers but have it so that the system allows some to physically approve and other can view the job/offers on their dashboard for future reference

Predicted Job Approval Process

Position info of user is alreay being identified, so would need to create the fields in Page up back end to pick up the reporting line via the User File and uses this logic to fill inthe approver list. List should then still be editable.
