Quick Search Permissions

It would be good for a super user to be able to search both job trackers and people and lower levels of permisson only able to search for their job trackers. This way, not everyone with quick search active can access all applicants/applications.

Mandatory comments in performance review

If unable to display a message on that 'section type' screen, perhaps when it is set as a mandatory requirement the box could be outlined red on that page (similar to how it displays when a section type item measure is set as mandatory)

Portal Auto Notifications

We'd like the system to automatically notify certain individuals within HR when a form is completed in the portal by a new hire, so that they don't have to take time to routinely check on new hires' progress and look for forms.

Search Committee Member Functionality to review comment history

It would be nice to have the ability to show my comments provided for an applicant for a previous application step review. This can be something that is permissionable and that can be displayed as needed to be reviewed by the search committee user.
