Thank you for your idea. We understand your desire to add notes using bulk actions. However, since this is an older part of the ATS system, improving this legacy feature is not currently aligned with our product priorities. Instead, we’re focusing on enhancing collaboration for our users through Convo and flexible forms, which could help achieve the business outcomes you're aiming for.
