Bulk Compile and Send - generate multiple PDF's - one per applicant

Bulk Compile and Send - generate multiple PDF's - one per applicant

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Current bulk compile makes one big PDF of all applicant information. Can the Bulk Compile create multiple PDF's - one per applicant as individual files I realise I could do this one by one but want to be able to select all of the applicants I am interested in and create multiple PDFs in the one action - preferable each PDF having the applicants name in the file created.

We truly appreciate that PageUp is working on the effort to view documents within the system, without the need to download. With this update, at Stanford, there still will be a need to bulk compile and send these documents because there may be faculty that will choose not to interact with the system at all. Having this bulk download process simplified will be a huge win for Stanford., and significantly reduce burden on administrators.

Resume, cover letter and application forms are now available in a slider on the APB.
Instead of opening each link separately, users can now tab through these documents for each applicant.

We have scheduled the work to embed the other supporting documents that are uploaded as part of an application form in January 2023. This will mean users won't have to download each document as they can review on screen.

We would love your feedback whether this reduces the need to bulk compile and send applications. That is, if users can review all application materials on screen, is it more secure, easy to review and efficient to make selections? There is a green feedback button on the APB for your rating and commentary.

Regarding combining and downloading application materials per applicant into a single PDF; That piece is not currently on the roadmap for the next quarter but we may schedule someone to do some technical feasibility discovery.

Agree with both of these suggestions. However, Some users find it useful. Enhancement of both options possibly. Allowing end user to view entire packet rather then open and close files. As well as the ability to group individual packets by individual. ( also strongly agree with the bulk clicking request.) Maybe ability to bulk select by status feature?

A solution for a similar idea is in line with the current direction of this product. While not on the current roadmap, this idea will be taken into account as we look to develop similar areas of the system. We are considering how we could combine application documents for view or download in Applicant Progress Board, which is similar to Cristen and Shannon's comments above.

Agree with everything you are requesting. Also bulk compile takes a very long time for just a few applicants (5 applicants can take 45 seconds, sometimes we have over 100 applicants we would like to bulk compile - you do the math). We have used other ATS before PageUp that didn't take long at all, so we know it can be better.

Agree with both of these suggestions. Users are frustrated with the lack of ability to click a button to create multiple PDF's in one step. And when clicking View Form, the multiple steps it takes to look at everything.

I'd like to add, it would be extremely helpful to have the application and additional documents load as a signle pdf when clicking on 'View Form'. Accessing the information as a single click instead of a multistep process.
