Quick Search Permissions

It would be good for a super user to be able to search both job trackers and people and lower levels of permisson only able to search for their job trackers. This way, not everyone with quick search active can access all applicants/applications.

Search Committee Member Functionality to review comment history

It would be nice to have the ability to show my comments provided for an applicant for a previous application step review. This can be something that is permissionable and that can be displayed as needed to be reviewed by the search committee user.

Ability to easily identify jobs where applicant is being considered, no-longer being considered, have an offer, or have been hired on the applicant card

Add a color background to the job/application on the applicant card when applicant has been hired. Add a filter option or group jobs on the applicant card to quickly shows the status of where the applicant is (hired, offer, unsuccessful, etc.)
