Improve tracking under the applicant's History tab

Since it is the history tab, it would be ideal to see a line of history for each of those offer status updates (offer made, offer accepted, additional form requested, additional form completed, etc.), the date/time when each took place, and the user who initiated those actions.

Improve tracking under the applicant's History tab

There a few items in the applicant's history tab which are not consistent:

  • Name of user initiating an action is not always noted (sometimes it could be tied to the lProvider name, etc.).

  • Date/time of the action is not always accurate since the same history line may be updated to track a more current status change without updating the user tied to the original history line or the date associated with it. For example, updating the same Offer Status line to track the current status of the offer is confusing since the date/time stamp and lProvider name remain the same. The same occurs when issuing an additional information form to the applicant, which may appear as requested/completed multiple times.
