Phonetic Name Spelling - Automated

PU candidates could also spell their names phonetically. I feel bad calling people when I have no idea how to pronounce their name. I believe Facebook has this technology, it could be something similar.

Option to add fields from the application to the card and list view

Adding a category or other needed categories/fields from the application to the list or card view will help better with recruitment instead of being limited to the canned fields/categories.
