Allow the ability to edit the Offer card to switch the New Starter Form to the correct one. Save Changes
Then allow the changed New Starter Form to be visible to the applicant

Allow the ability to change the New Starter form provided to the applicant. i.e. the applicant has been given the wrong New Stater form currently you can edit the form the have been given and update it on their application You cannot change the New Starter form though without redoing the online offer |
Hi John - the issue is not updating the details of the existing form provided to the applicant. I am aware we can update the New starter form and then go to individual applicants and use Update form on an individual - (be nice if it was automatic across all like an Initial application form).
The issue is if we want to swap out the initial New starter form provided to the applicant to a completely different New starter form
We currently use two different New starter forms - basic one for existing employees and a more detailed one for brand new employees
If the new employee is given the wrong form we are in a world of hurt to give them the correct new starter form appropriate to their onboarding needs

Solid idea! We run into issues where perhaps the wrong new-starter form is selected. It would be great to be able to update it.
leaving a bad old form on an applicant page is not very professional
having sys admin complete it with rubbish is not ideal
To actually replace the form is the best outcome
