Ability to track changes to User Accounts

We would like to be able to identify what and who made changes to a user account, including archiving/unarchiving the account and data updates (email, primary ID, position, permission groups, teams, etc.). This should include changes completed via import files.

Thank you for your feedback Cristina. We have an audit log tracking tool that records changes that have been made to specific areas of the system including Users.

This is accessible via System settings then under the Other section, click Audit Log Tracking.

I'm keen to know if this helps you get the outcome you want.
