The ability to define the additional users in the recruitment process that are NOT on the job card. include Other Additional Users in the recruitment process application status additional users message
i.e. move to a "Check" status - Additional User message to send to specific email addresses like Immunisation team and Credentialing team

What business value are you trying to achieve?
We want to be able to use a status to send message(s) to users not listed on the job card manually moving an applicant to this status brings up "additional users" option to email them but you need to manually insert the addresses every time. You can see Additional Users when you do an application status change but you can't define those Users in the Recruitment process |
PageUp tracks a User message in applicant history if you do a bulk compile and send
for consistency - it should also show the additional user message from a status change instaad of having to go reviewing employees individually to confirm the message
