Additional Information Form ability on HM Action in the application screen

We would like the system to be able to send additional forms to applicants when HM's move applicants into particular application status values.
This will allow the consolidation of some steps in the application process, which should further decrease the time to recruit metrics for organisations.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

We are looking to obtain the Inherent Requirements declaration to be provided and completed by the preferred applicant as part of the final step performed by the HM. The idea is to have the form sent to the applicant for completion as part of the step to move the preferred applicant to the Recruitment team for finalisation and safeguarding of new employees.

    Talk to your CSM - this can already be done

    just be careful and try not to create lots of statuses with lots of forms

    Possibly consider having it on the Initial application form

    once an applicant gets an additional form it is there forever or until they complete it
