Recruitment Process - Multiple System Statuses Needed - Background Check & Offer Extend Simultaneous
We would like to (1) extend an online offer and (2) initiate a background check (via api) simultaneously with the same single recruitment step. We cannot do this because a single recruitment step cannot carry two System Statuses.
In order to attempt to accomplish this with current PageUp functionality. We have to have two steps with the different statuses, but since these two processes run independently of one another, the candidate bounces back and forth between the two processes rendering them incompatible.
Being able to simultaneously kick off these processes and monitor them is critical for the CSU business to maintain time to fill metrics.

Non-linear workflows are now available for integrated background checks which can be requested independently of the application status. This means you can request a background check for an applicant and proceed with extending an offer.
