Background Check Communication - Background check status update

We utilize the Background Check API and after integration is successful, we have our background check provider (Accurate Background) sending emails to candidates/recruiters/requestors/etc. We would like the flexibility to turn off or on the PageUp communications to compliment the Background check provider.


We understand that all clients who utilize this integration have different needs depending on their background check provider. That is why we are requesting the ability to turn on and off each of these communications individually.


A majority of the communications are set up this way, as some are configurable on the recruitment process, but when you look at the systemwide communications there are some you cannot turn off.


We would like these two systemwide email communications to be turned on/off as needed:

  • Background check status update

  • Error on background check request
