Allow Requisition number to be a filter in talent search

Allow Requisition number to be a filter in talent search

What business value are you trying to achieve?

I would like to search key words within a requisition posting of the applicants. As of today I have to compile a PDF. In some cases the file is to large as we have 400 applicants post to one job.

    Hello,

Talent search is built to give you access to all applicants, and not just those which have applied to a specific job.

When you're reviewing applications, you're able to bulk compile and send only applications to the job.

when using the Applicant Progress Board (APB) List view to review applications, you can also keyword search the resume's of the applicants.

If the APB list view doesn't meet your needs, talent search does have a 'Job ID' filter in the Search Builder. You can reduce the applicants that you're reviewing to those which have an application to a specific job.

If you have any difficulties using either of these options, please reach out to your Superuser or our PageUp Support team.
