allow an AND function for Categories to detect someone who has an exactly all of the categories selected in the filters

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

improve talent search - current search feature is OR function

When searching within the same filter, the search uses OR. For example, if you add two categories to your search, it will look for people in category A OR category B.
