Add 'Location Preferences' to talent search. As an example a tick box to search candidates that have indicated 'yes' to 'I am willling to relocate nationally'.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Create PageUp talent pool's that are able to be filtered based on location preferences. Utilise talent search to find suitable candidates that might not be in the location of your role, but are willing to relocate there. Repurpose applications that were unsuccessful or unsuitable for a role, based on location preferences, to an area of the business we know they would better fit. We are a national business and do a lot of relocations of roles so this new ability would be a game changer for us to better understand our national talent pool of candidates and increase awareness to other opportunities. |
