A) The ability to amend the default 'Active' checkbox on the Talent Search (currently it is set to "All" whereas "Active" would be more logical for a default search.
B) The ability to hide search fields below the 'Talent pools' until an initial search/load of the 'Talent Pools' would be desirable. This would ensure only those with a Talent Pool category specified could then be 'drilled down' further to a specific category.
