In our case, Talent Acquisition has several Hiring Managers that raised/owned multiple requisitions. We would like to be able to group requisitions based on Hiring Manager and not restricted to requisition status. We like to propose a "drag and drop' concept into dashboard that allows talent acquisition to organise current/active requisitions in our dashboard in flexible way. It will enable individual talent team to work efficiently in their own way how they want to view their dashboard. Our dashboard drives Talent Team how we manage our time/provides feedback to Hiring Managers.
