I currently don't use the "change status" permission for Hiring Managers - rather I control what statuses they can progress candidates into from the Hiring Manager Shortlisting function in each recruitment status. Unfortunately, this means that the drag and drop for applicants in the APB doesn't work. It would be great if we could fix this.
