TA team dashboard: Display the TA team's roles collectively and individually but to also have a checkbox/filter on the side where you can select or deselect statuses to obtain a more accurate view of active vacancies.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
To obtain a complete overview of active vacancies across the broader TA Team, you can only review the dashboard of one TA at any time. As a leader, when trying to manage team workload and allocate work accordingly, this dashboard requires manual filtering to determine actual active vacancies per TA. If there are e.g. 30 roles on a TA's dashboard, there may only be 20 if there are role statuses included that are on "On-Hold" and/or Awaiting to Start" etc. |
