Include Application Flags in the Flags list to filer by

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Talent search currently enables to filter by Applicant Flags, but it would be very helpful if the Filter Flags can be included in list or have an additional filter for Applicant Flags.

    Talent search can be filtered by application flag from within the FLAGs filter. A flag will appear in this option as long as an applicant or application has been attributed with a flag
